I had a great time here, taking leisurely walks to Laugharne Castle, which is less than a 30-minute stroll away, and enjoyed the picturesque Dylan Thomas Boathouse just under 3 km from my room, all while soaking up the beautiful views of the countryside. as a solo traveler, I appreciated the proximity to local attractions but wished for a bit more variety in the bar's drink options.

Perfect cozy getaway

Just spent 2 nights in a spacious family room. The kettle and fridge were super handy for snacks, and the kids loved the TV in the evenings. Only drawback was that the pub below was shut, so we had to drive for food. But honestly, the roast we had nearby was the best! Awesome staff too.

the staff were super nice n welcoming, i loved the location coz it was quiet away from the main road. the food at the pub was great too, had a lovely meal there. the room was really comfy and clean. Had a nice view of the parking area but it wasn't noisy. it was such a chill spot for a couple getaway.

The pub downstairs was closed during our stay, which left us scrambling a little for lunch options. We ended up traveling further for meals, which was not an ideal situation, especially with kids in tow. the room felt a tad smaller than we expected. Small details aside, we had a lovely and relaxing getaway, and I would definitely consider returning if the dining situation improves.

I just loved my stay in the double room with a private bathroom! The warm ambiance of the pub felt like home, enhanced by the lovely open fire where I enjoyed meeting friendly locals. Plus, the food was nothing short of spectacular—seriously, best gammon ever!

Absolutely delicious Sunday Lunch that knocked my socks off! The vibe was friendly with locals and the cosy pub ambiance made it a delight. I also loved that it’s just a stroll down to Laugharne, and a hop away from Tenby and Saundersfoot for further munching opportunities.

Room was a bit cramped, and that mattress was crying for retirement! The bathroom tap felt like a mini volcano—really could’ve used cooler water.

Quiet room with comfy bed, but bar area was too small.
